Private / School course fees are charged on a monthly basis and payable 1week before the start of every term. The fees are based on four classes, one month term. Course fees are inclusive of all materials used in the lessons. There is a registration fee of $50 for first time applicant, this fee will be return / deducted on the third term. Additional discount may be provided for courses booked two terms and more. We accept payment by cash, online payment, and cheque. Cheques should be made out to: Art Five.

1 free lesson will be provided to your child upon every successful signup from another child, not applicable for trial lesson. We thank you for sharing our services to others. Not applicable for School.

We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, provide refunds for classes that have already been paid for. There will be no make-up classes or fees refund should Art Five Singapore be required to close due to regulatory reasons, such as those imposed by the Ministry of Health as a result of contagious diseases. Unless Subject to approval by Art Five management.

Parents should complete and sign the enrolment form and send it to us together with the registration and course fee. (Cheque only. Please do not mail cash.)

Avoid wearing expensive clothes and jewelleries.
Wear comfortable clothes for your kids which you don't mind getting dirty.

We can arrange make-up classes only for children who miss their regular class either due to sickness or overseas travel. We cannot arrange make-up classes for other reasons. "Private class only." Those eligible for make-up classes must submit requests one day in advance and in writing. This will enable us to schedule the make-up classes and inform our teachers. We will not be able to arrange for make-up classes if without proper notice. Each student is allowed a maximum of one make-up classes per term, regardless of the reason. Make-up classes must take place within the one-month term and cannot be carried over to the next term. We cannot guarantee a replacement class if you are unable to nd an available time slot for a make-up lesson within a term. We cannot reschedule a missed make-up class. Make-up classes cannot be accumulated to offset course fees for the following term. Schools are able to change class date prior to one week notice and subject to teacher availability. If by any case due to unforeseen circumstances or Art Five Teachers are not able to make it for class, a replacement teacher will be provided or class will be re scheduled. Instructors that come to your home are expected to arrive at scheduled time or call if traffic complications arise. An instructor will wait 15 minutes maximum at your home if you are not there when scheduled. After 15 minutes, they will leave and you will be billed for that 1-hour lesson. If payment for the missed lesson is not paid by the time of your next scheduled lesson, your lesson time will be permanently given to the next person on our waiting list.

Art Five is closed ' not operational on public holidays. If one of the classes during term falls on a public holiday, you can sign up for a make up class any time during the one-month term. Please arrange with us in advance.

We require all caregivers of children less than three years to remain on the premises while their children are in class. "Private class"

Due to the proprietary nature of our courses, photos and videos are not allowed without the written permission of Art Five. We reserve the right to use photos, videos and/or sound recordings of children and their artwork, for teacher training, curriculum and/or promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed by you in advance in writing.

Children are not permitted to eat during class. Food serves as a distraction and can even be dangerous should a child with food allergies accidentally consume the wrong food.

We assume that your child will continue with classes from term to term unless you notify us otherwise in writing. Should you wish to cancel your child's classes with us, we require 7 days advanced written / email notice prior to the date. Otherwise, fees will be charged accordingly.

All participants enrolled in activities at Art Five do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family members, or guests as a result of participating in these activities.
